Description
Specialty semi-premium connection machined from API Coupling Stock providing a low-cost Drilling with Casing/Drilling with Liner Connection. The GB CD Connection exceeds pipe body performance properties under all load combinations and is gas tight. Connection designed with refined API BTC Threads and will make up with off-the-shelf API BTC threaded accessories. Innovative, triple taper buttress thread design (box only) reduces localized bearing stresses in critical areas for improved fatigue resistance. Pin noses meet in the center for positive indication of proper field makeup. Pin noses, designed for maximum bearing face area, provide high torque resistance.
